Jerry has a Master's degree in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in government and international studies. He holds the designation of CFA and he is a native Mandarin speaker.

Prior to joining CF&Co in 2022, Jerry worked for 10 years in M&A advisory, equity capital market, and equity research.
